Last night, Red Golf GTI ExfordWheddon CrossTaunton
Discussion
You, sir,
Were an absolute pleasure to drive behind
Whilst I was following I was thinking to myself it must be someone from on here -
Mid Twenties I reckon,
Making good, safe and swift progress on the straights and sighted curves, and applying limit point analysis on the twisties, cornering speed was exactly how I would have done it had I been in front.
The few overtakes we had to make were executed in the "triangle" fashion rather than "banana"
On the steep downhill section, knew how to use engine braking with just a couple applications of the brakes when required, rather than riding the bloody things all the way down.
I gave you a flash and thumbs up when I turned off towards Broomfield, hope you had as much fun as I did.
These occasions are these days sadly so rare, especially over any kind of distance, that I had to post about it!
EDIT - the arrows between the place names don't work in the title. D'oh!
