He's discovered perpetual motion!

The kit includes a 5amp blade fuse.
5amp at 12V = 60watts
60watts = 0.0804613254 horsepower

So; he's claiming "25 - 30% Performance increase" for the input of .08 horsepower.
'king amazing!

to be fair, any supercharger or turbocharger will use less power than it consumes, otherwise it'd be a rather pointless device. The extra power comes from the extra fuel burned.

This probably will up power, ever so slightly, by reducing suction losses. But it would be very very marginal.

Err yep - you are right - thanks for the correction.
Done a bit of research, a rough rule of thumb for a supercharger power consumption is 10% of the additional power. So, if a supercharger adds 25hp, it will need a 2.5hp power source. That's about 155amps at 12volt. BIG wires and fuses!
