Done a search but couldn't see this anywhere else.

I've seen the Bentleys on bricks but this is the first GTR i've seen.

Is that the damage inflicted by putting it on a fecking brick? Why god, why?! I will take this car off their hands free of charge, they clearly can't look after it!

EDIT: Hold on, the wheels were stolen? They'd look pretty out place on anything other than a GTR, how would you even go about flogging those down the Dog and bk?

Strange post. I don't think the owner intended it to be put on bricks.

First thing that came to mind was that it had been put on a brick as a kind of inadequate jackstand!

I'm guessing those wheels will be off in eastern europe by now, not down a car boot sale!

Why would someone send wheels they've stolen from a car in Florida to Eastern Europe?

Exactly what I thought!

That damage is going to cost some serious money to put right!

Maybe the market has room for a wheel engraving service, a unique code engraved deep into the alloy, like a logo. If only I wasn't so fking bone idle I'd look into it myself

1) Cause obviously that brick was put right at the Centre point wasn't it. rolleyes
2) That damage. would cost a fair bit to put back 100% But tbh it's so trivial of it was my car I think i'd just do the cosmetic parts.

Yes, 50:50 weight distribution will refer to the corner weights- the brick clearly isn't in the middle of the wheelbase. Also, a quick Bing search reveals that it's actually 53:47 weight distribution, apparently so it ends up as 50:50 under full accelerative load (it's definitely not accelerating!).

In terms of the damage, I reckon those wheels will be so costly it would be cheaper to go through insurance, so I imagine they'll get the whole thing fixed (if thats even possible). Certainly not a Kwik Fit job, as I understand the wheels have some electronic sensors in them which would presumably need to be linked to the car upon fitment.
