Clutch replacement for a Clio 172?

Hi Chaps, anyone had a crack at changing a clutch on a Clio 172? A mate needs to know if it's doable at home with minimal tools. Had a look at autodata and it's quoting 7.3 hours booktime!

They can't be that hard shirley? Does the engine and subframe need dropping? Any help is much appreciated. Oh yeah, GG is probably not the most relevant section but the technical area is a bit dead by comparison.

I don't know how easy it is to do, but it might be worth having a look at Cliosport.net
