How many got caught out on the daily commute today? fortunately I get in around 6.30 ish, and it was building up then.

Will be murder tonight, me thinks home via town will do it.

More roadworks I guess? I go through town around 6:50 and traffic is pretty light even with the lane closures on Riverside Drive.

They are re-surfacing, so down to ONE lane each way, about now, a zillion of frusterated drivers heading for Dyce/Tullus, not a good drive even on a good day.

Ouch! That's going to be a bit of a clusterf*ck this morning. It's a sh!t road to be driving on at the best of times but at least they are doing it during the last week of the school holidays. With Aberdeen council's poor organisational record I'm amazed they didn't arrange the resurfacing for next Monday.

It's open through the day though, they are just working at night (starting at 7?)

I've just driven the length of Anderson Drive and there were no roadworks on it.

ETA: Between 7pm and 6am.

Thank god for that, didn't know that, cheers, so I will just join the usual crawl down the the BOD tonight then! and negotiate the roundabout at the end which seems to fox a number of drivers.

Brain in gear, "Let me see now, the pedestrian lights across the roundabout on the bridge are RED, so I will just go onto the roundabout and block every one off and wait, or should I hold back a litle to let some trucks etc in from the left, whom I know bloody well will be turning up Anderson Drive, naw they can wait, I may loose 5 seconds getting home..........."
