Longest time you've ever seen a car for sale at a garage?
Discussion
Just wondering on how long some cars are stuck at garages without being sold.
When I brought my Elan in 2007 this car was at the same garage:

It was a bit of a dog and it made me laugh seeing it still for sale...
Have you ever passed a garage and seen the same car for sale year after year?

Are you sure it hasn't sold in that time and been bought back?
Add said "previously sold and maintained by ourselves the car has good history and has just had a service"
The photos that they are using are exactly the same, I'm positive that it hasn't been sold since.Add said "previously sold and maintained by ourselves the car has good history and has just had a service"
Edit: It also has the same mileage as it did 3 years ago.

this:
http://www.classiccarshop.co.uk/Cars/porsche_911_3...
has been for sale since the beginning of time.
the price started at 69,995 got as low as 49,995 around lehmans..and has increased back up to what appears to be £79,995..!
at £49,995 it was probably in danger of being not too far off the right price..!
and if the proprietor comes on here moaning..i have all the back editions of C&sc to back up what i have said..!

The price (despite the low miles) and the colour.
Avus Blue is the only colour for an M5 IMHO.

That Elan looks straight in the photos, what's wrong with it?
Genuine question as I'm tempted after the TG episode the other week...
I don't really want to outline my experiences at this garage or the car due to the name and shame rules. Genuine question as I'm tempted after the TG episode the other week...

If you want an Elan go to www.lotuselancentral.com and post on the forums, the guys there are brilliant and will let you know what you should be looking for!
