How many times have you been carved up today???

As per the title really, my starter for ten is twice in a 12 mile round trip, mostly dual carriageway.

First one at 7:20am a dual carriage way which narrows down to one lane, me in the left hand lane (the one that doesnt narrow) dipstick in a battered old Fiesta carves me up, had I not moved closer to the kerb and applied some brakes I would have lost the front without question. Pillock didnt seem to realise anyone else was on the road......bloody fuming!!

Second, 4:10pm dual carrigage way I was accelerating uphill, prize prune and his brains trust mate in a silver 56 plate Astra van decides he will not move into the empty left hand lane to allow me to pass, instead the prize tosser slams his brakes on and repeatedly swerves across both empty lanes and applying his brakes. What gives with these aholes? Is it just me on an unlucky day, I have only got a for Ka and any willy waving/drag racing uphills is some what pointless.

Quite honestly what is the point in spending money on a decent car these days with dicks like this, the enjoyment I used to get from driving is fast becoming a distant memory.

I got a good one today. Two lanes coming up to a roundabout, both can go straight ahead, two lanes exiting the roundabout. I'm in the left lane, the silly bh next to me decides she'll just straight-line the roundabout and exit it in my lane. Cue a close thing with my anchors thrown out hard. I don't think she even knew what she'd done, completely oblivious.

Bloody pricesless, there isn't an excuse for it just too bloody lazy and full of self importance to think of anyone else using the same piece of road!

I'd estimate 10-15 times per 4 mile journey to and from work.

I was cycling and it's just not worth keeping count, much better to concentrate on using a sixth sense to avoid the next SMIDSY.

In My Landcruiser i never ever get cut up !!! It has that lovely look of " you cut me up and i will smash into you" !! And i have on a few occasions stuffed it into them.

In the Golf... well i just listen to Radion 5 life and chill out

I used to never get cut up ever, no one would ever tailgate me or anything. The old van was white, with loads of rust and some big dents, ha

That seems to happen to me quite often--must have had my 'cloaking' device on.

Not today but monday got deliberately got up as i was accelerating down a slipoad to the motorway by a truck who had clearly seen me as he didnt indicate or drift right it was a very deliberate swerve into the roadspace i was about to be in. There was no way he could not see me as my headlights were on and it was broad daylight.

Amazingly managed to avoid hitting the back of his trailer and even more astonishing just shook my head and carried onwards as if some dick hadnt just tried to crash into me intentionally and potentially injure or kill me.

It's funny, Ever since I stopped giving a sh@t, I never ever feel I've been carved up, if I see someone wanting to come in my lane, I back off a bit and let them in.

Once but I only did around 6 miles, it was by a bus driver who purposely cut me up and already had his middle finger up even before I sounded my horn!!

I get attacked by every tractor in Cambridgeshire and every Lorry that belongs to a particular company(name is alarmingly similar to the guy Nick something that present DIY SOS)

Always in the way. Always driving over the white line making overtaking difficult or as you start pulling towards the middle causing you to react. Driving is great these days isnt it?

I appreciate that not everyone has that much power at their disposal but I tell you it makes a huge difference. Most numpties give away their next move via 'body' language and with the right car (ie, a quick one) you have so many more options.
