DVLA turn around time

Same old question, anyone know of the current turn around time for a V5?
The Royal Mail confirmed delivery on 3rd Aug however when doing a check of the vehicle details (DVLA) the last date the V5 was issued was when the previous owner bought it.
Slightly worries as the plan is to take it to Europe in a few weeks...
