Fight it how exactly? Petitions are ignored or replied to with a weasel worded statement much like the road charging one was. Protests are swept under the carpet, anything bordering on riotous will be crushed.

The only thing that would change it is if there is a threat of a large number of businesses moving out of the affected area and turning it into a dead zone and hurting the city in its wallet. This will never happen.

I will drive 100mph through knightsbridge, then stop for dinner in chelsea before going past the second set of cameras - that should make a nice 29mph average
