I've heard this a few times over the years, never to hear any more

I sent a message to a company in Kent (who are named after a French jet Fighter) about tinting windows, it was via their website and I then got a message back saying they'd contact me shortly ....3 weeks have passed and I am still waiting.

Is 3 weeks still within the general understanding of "shortly"; or, would you move on and find an alternative?

Anyone recommend a place in Kent for window tinting?
