Last time i heard Fiat were hell bent on Lancia being their luxury brand and leaving Alfa Romeo to do the sports cars, motor racing programmes etc then they come up with this, make your mind up Fiat.

They keep giving us tasters like the Fulvia concept, when are Fiat going to realise the reason both the Fulvia and Stratos concepts are stunning is becuase the originals were when they were launched and it's what Lancia did best. Lancia has made some epic cars and Fiat seem to waste alot of their sporting heritage by producing god awful euroboxes.

Please build the Fulvia and the Stratos, standing off soapbox now.

And word is that it may be making its way to limited production.

Such a shame it can't live up to it's rally pedigree. So many seem to forgot how and why the Stratos existed.

Stratos one on the best cars ever design, Small, Tight and with a Bonkers short wheelbase.

You ahd to be Really good to drive one of these hard, presume the latest will have all this electronic TC Crap on it. But at least you canm turn that off in Fessers. Still for the brave with the shortwheelbase.

And will therefore be ludicrously expensive - think 200k. I think there'd be a massive market for one of these at the Cayman price point, or perhaps even 911.

Personally, I like it, but I'd be hard pressed not to buy a Hawk rolling chassis and then shove in a used Ferrari lump. You can pick up a complete 360 engine for 10k...
