Civic clutch adjutment help.

Right then, I've discovered the problem with m clutch. It not air in the system, its the bite point adjustment.

it seems its had a new clutch, and when its been fitted the pushrod has not been wound back and as a result the bite is at the bottom of the pedal and its not disengaging fully.

Does anyone know how to adjust this bite adjustment as i know where it is just not how to do it.

I have had a google but found nothing.
