They need to have industry wide investigative teams to handle things like this.
Like that guy that got paid to write of cars and did it at the same place loads of times.
Alot of people not getting paid out for the accidents then a few more getting done for fraud should help out.
The same should be done for other things like 2 people in the car and 5 claiming whiplash.

Given the amount of police footage on TV where they use ANPR to catch uninsured drivers like the chap in Essex on Emergency Bikers exporting that Primera to Africa saying 'We all have to pay lots for our insurance why should people get away without also paying for insurance?' they need to look at these scams as they're driving up premiums for the rest of us just as uninsured drivers are.

Anyway it's propoganda that ANPR is used to catch uninsured drivers, it's really a mass surveillance system. Has it driven down premiums?

Data is fed to a central facility and stored. Comprehansive (getting there) coverage means that cars (and thus people) can be tracked in real time or their past movements analysed.

No wonder more and more people are getting in car CCTV fitted.

The two thousand cars my small unit seized last year as a result of ANPR must be a figment of my imagination!Edited by Elroy Blue on Saturday 21st August 11:58

We do need to say it as we see it sometimes, or we do ourselves a disservice. We also do a disservice to the majority innocents of this group of people for they also get tarred with the same brush. I would never buy a car from Bradford for instance.... is that prejudice? They need to sort it out.

"Asians" as in Chinese, Japanese, Indian, Pakistani, Bangladeshi, Koreans, Malaysians, Russians, Sri Lankans, Turks etc are all scammers? I think if you're going to be fascist you should at least be specific and understand who you're talking about.
I know from experiance that certain groups are involved in specific areas of fraud/crime. Asians-Pakistanis/Indians etc are involved in rear end/slam on car fraud. Eastern Europeans/russian/Latvians are involved in credit card fraud. The Chinese are heavy into Heroin and people smuggling. And us white folk like to claim for juice/wine on our carpets and laptops. Its just certain folk are more liable to be involved in each area, there is also an overlap/cooperation between the racial groups. I understand these examples could upset certain people, but its down to ignorance and denial from the communites these criminals come from.
