Yeah I've had a look at the HMRC site, but I can't find the specific instructions I need. I went from flat rate to standard rate a short while ago and realise I should be able to reclaim the VAT on travel expenses.

However, I don't retain petrol receipts as I just charge at 40p/mile. So I'm hoping there is some procedure to accommodate this.
