Which would you choose?

Hi

I have been looking at changing the car for a while now and feel I have reduced the list of contenders down to the following.

Vauxhall VX220 Turbo
TVR Cerbera 4.2 (AJP)
TVR Griffith 4.0, 4.3 (Believe this will be in budget whereas 500 will be outside budget)
TVR Chimaera 500
Porsche 911 (996) Carrera 2 (Manual)
Porsche 911 (993) Carrera 2 (if in budget) (Manual)

I have read many reviews on all the above but am struggling on picking the one. Budget is 14k.

I will use the car daily and for the B road thrill as well as occasionally taken the car on track (2 or 3 times per year). I am not interested in having a specific track day car I have previously had Westfield's and currently have a Radical however clear laps are very few and far between to really push hard therefore tend to enjoy myself more with a slower car. I test drove a VX220 Turbo yesterday and while I enjoyed driving the car I keep thinking luggage space will be two small. I race karts and when taken engines to be rebuilt will struggle to fit them in the car and would prefer to drive the car rather than the van. It is this what makes me think twice about the vx.

The others all have disadvantages too. The main concern I have with the cerbera would be the clutch and from what I have read will see 25k miles, the engine is reliable provided it is serviced well having the tappets adjusted correctly.

The other concerns with the TVR's would be the corrosion and leaking as the cars would be parked on a drive.

The Porsche's are a new addition to the list so feedback good and bad would be helpful.
