Why is it that when you pick a car that you think makes you different from the pack the minute it gets delievered to you you see to tons of them?

Prior to buying the C63 I hardly saw any of them now when my is a fortnight away from being picked up I have see a shed load of them about. Even the RS, which I thought was pretty unique isn't as unique as I thought. Should have kept the M5 at least they seem to be rarer!

I went on a course once, and the chap said that once you have something you want/ like in your mind your tend to recognise them more when you see them. This gives the impression that there are more out there than you used to see before they were on your radar.

I can now spot a TVR from the corner of my eye without looking, as I now own one myself.

Did the same with the Evo a few years back.

No I think you are right. Remember in the 90's yellow was a real fashion colour and we used to see them everywhere. I hardly see any yellow cars anymore. Now remember that as you drive home
