Removal of parrot mki 9200 hands free car kit

Evening all,

Today, I've been offered a different company car on the condition mine can be handed in tomorrow. The only problem being, I have a parrot mki9200 that needs to be removed.

I was just wondering if any pistonheaders that work in the ICE business fancy removing it, no fee. The benefit on your side being you can keep the gear! The screen is cracked but all else works.

I know this probably won't appeal to anyone, but I thought it may be worth a shot as I'm a bit short on cash!

Why not leave it in?
Get a new one fitted when new car arrives.

Fairly simple car to work on if you have the tools , control unit will be behind the glovebox (4x t25 torx to remove) and mic by the interior light . if you were a lot nearer i would pull it out for you.

Jem0911, handsfree kits have to be removed upon return of fleet vehicles in my company.

I am tempted to have a go myself but I don't want to mess anything up because if its going, its going tomorrow. Also I can easily see this taking me a couple of hours, which I'd struggle to spare in my lineup tomorrow!

Just cut the wires close to the dash and poke the ends through :P

You know what, I did actually contemplate that! If anyone ever found out I could just say I was conned by someone. A bit unfair on the next owner though...

Just a bit gutted I payed £90 labor to have it installed now!
