Stolen car question

Hi All,

Not sure where I stand here, but my wife's car was stolen from outside a service/repair garage on Sunday evening.

We had booked it in for Monday morning and was advised that we could drop it off on Sunday night and post the key through the letter box, which we did.

Their CCTV caught someone breaking into the garage, picking up the key and driving our car away.

Would you think that the garage has any liability in this?

Contact your insurance company and let them deal with the garage. That's what you pay them for.
