Whats my car worth?

Been trying to sell my car on and off for a few weeks now. Wasn't that serious about it at first so had it listed at £1400 but open to offers. More serious about it now and have listed it on ebay as well as kept it on Pistonheads but have lowered the price to £1100 which I think is a bargain considering the prices for some of them on there.
The car is a 1998 BMW E36 Compact. Its covered 120k but is in excellent condition, all things considered. Its got a few months tax and MOT until april next year. Some service history, spot on mechanically and very good cosmetically.
Parkers want money for a valuation but I found another site that said it was worth anywhere between £1200 and £2000. There are also plenty on ebay listed at double the price mine is.
So far I have had zero offers and only a single person wanting to view, which he never bothered to follow up my email saying he could come any time. I had one person through Pistonheads wanting a swap for a Mondeo but not interested in actually buying.
So how much is it worth? I paid £1200 back in April, which at the time, was a bargain compared to anything else I could find. Obviously, I don't want to loose much money, but I'm finding it hard to believe that a 12 year old car could depreciate so much after 5 months and 4k miles.
