Is this a Nissan Leaf?

In the City today I saw a car I didn't recognise with Belgian plates. The car also had it's logos and some other seemingly random parts taped over (thought the logos were large Renault one's though but may have been Nissan)

Is this the Nissan leaf? If so it is no looker.

The wheels looked even smaller in the metal. And the buyers? Well my guess it will be people who buy Priuses who want the next status symbol of greenality.
Thats is after all their choice but I can't help thinking the manufacturers could at least have them be green in something that doesn't offend my eyes.

OT - That Nissan leaf looks awful, surely they can make a car with a low drag coefficient that doesn't look like that! Do they just think people who like electric cars don't give a st how their car looks?

The new Nissan GT-R has a drag coefficient of 0.268, where as the leaf's is 0.28. It makes me want to punch the designers square in the nuts.
