I`m driving down from The Netherlands to Portugal on Wednesday.
No hurry - 3 or 4 days each way with a 3 week stay in between.
I`m planning a leisurely drive down the west of France, along the north to north-west of Spain, then down the west coast of Portugal to Sao Martinho.
It`s a fair old drive (around 2500 km each way) so I`m looking for 2 or 3 decent hotels/B&B on the way with (very)secure parking for my P&J(cobra replica).
Any suggestions welcome along with any decent driving roads on the way.
Also looking for a few eating places on the way for lunchtime time-out/siestas.
Any ideas/experiences?
