How difficult is it to fit on a Suzuki Grand Vitara? Specifically wiring it up? Is it something two non-mechanics can do?

Not done it on a vitara, but have done on a couple of other cars. Generally fitting is pretty easy so long as you are semi-reasonable with a spanner. Some kits will involve drilling holes in boot/chassis - depends on the car - no big deal really. Wiring is ususally very very simple and if you have a basic grasp of a multimeter should be very simple - lots of kits come with pre-wired harnesses that you simply plug in, others its just a bit of soldering/scotch locks and you're done. I've previously bought a couple off ebay from "towequipe" and the kit was reasonable and certainly worked for my needs.
