So I'm out at a family party sunday evening/night, and things are fine and dandy. Ordina I would choose to drive home from such an event, but on this occassion I have opted to have a good drink up and crash the night!
So anyways, as family do's go, an argument started up at the end of the night and I ended up resorting to my car for accomodation. Trouble is, I had my girlfriend with me.
Needless to say she was alloud to have the back seats and I ended up in the rear footwell. She had a good nights sleep, whereas I ended up tossing and turning trying to take turns on numbing each ass cheek.
Question is, if you've had to stay in your car, what car is it? and how was your nights sleep?
If you feel like it, why did you end up staying in your car?

The drink driving thought did cross my mind, so in my drunken state I thought it'd be a cracking idea to hide the key inside the back alloy! Is that still illegal?
Have slept in MKIV Cortina, Montego, Carlton and Omega. All estate cars mind, so was able to stretch out quite happily although the surface was a bit firm.
Did go and get giggidy in a Cavalier hatch with a girl on an impromptu drive up the west coast of Scotland one night. Not so comfy!!

t1963 Mk3 Ford Zephyr...... fell asleep across the front Bench seat when cuddling up to then GF outside her parents house, We woke at 5:30 when the milkman clattered past the window.
Same car out chasing teh RAC rally with a mate, he had teh back seat I had the front, it had a VERY comfy set of seats

My mate and I created the FiestaBed after a drunken party. This involved unscrewing the rear bench and laying it flat across the footwell (only takes a couple of minutes) and then folding the rear backrest down, creating a pretty much flat area all the way from the back of the front seats to the boot lid. Pretty damn comfortable and perfect for those nights of fondling between teenagers (not my mate and I

I'd fully expected to have too much to drink to be safe/legal to drive, so I'd parked the car in a secluded spot of a private car park and had a sleeping bag. So at about midnight, when I got back to the car, I reclined the passenger seat, opened the windows by about 10mm (it was a warm summers night), got into the sleeping bag and had a good nights sleep.

ive had a little test run in my ford cougar coupe, the front seats are very confy and plenty of room once its reclined. The boot is more then big enough once the back seats are folded so i can put the air bed in. be putting it all to the test this weekend and then doing it properly when take a road trip to France, (im not cheap at all hehe)
My wife and I once spent a night sleeping not very well in a hire car (Renault Megane) in the Marina car park at Puerto Pollensa, Majorca.
We turned up late at night (by prior arrangement) at our rental villa, only to find the keys (a) not where they should have been, and (b) nowhere to be found in the dark with only the aid of a small torch. The local agents for the villa had switched their phone to an answering machine.
Never again!

Toyota Celica (last of the pop up headlight models), thought i'd be smart and fold the back seats down and take advantage of the boot space leaving my mate the drivers seat. Middle of the night, after a feed of drink, i took cramp in my leg. Couldn't get it straightened out or find anything to push it against to get rid of the cramp. Had to suffer in silence as my mate threatened to knock me out if i didn't stop moaning like a big jessie 
Half hour after the cramp went i'd a bad case of indigestion. Not the best nights sleep i've ever had.
