Pedal extenders

Hi there,
Would anyone know where I can get hold of pedal extensions for a race car (specifically a Caterham 7 CSR260 Superlight). I've seen a few web sites offering them for standard tin tops but none suitable for the small pedals on a Caterham.
I wouldn't mind commissioning a set from a fabricator if it came to that.
Anyway any ides much apperciated.
