Where can I buy an oil temp sender

But there's a twist ...

It's to hook up to my datalogger and needs to output 0-5v linear.

This looks ideal but they've not got back to me:

Does anyone know of any other senders/sensors that would do the same thing? I've looked at Demon, Merlin etc but can't find any linear ones which seems to be the issue.
