I got my H1 Nightbreakers from Ebay. Seller's shop was called headlightbulbs. I'm pretty sure they do H7 as well. I only paid £10 or £11, which was a fair bit cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I've previously used Powerbulbs before without any problems too.
