cheap fun toy wanted

Ok, not a huge amount to spare, but have around £700 to spend on something, thats going to be fun.

looked on e bay at following

cbr600
rf900
quad
buggy
jetski
speed/fishing boat

and none of them are shouting buy me, what would you be looking at guys?

i just want this as a fun toy, not a mode of transport.

may go for a little over budget but they are really easy to work on. By the looks of it, should make a nice example. Rare model with doors like mine too!

How about one of those handheld underwater propulsion things you get? They're around £500 and might be a laugh at the beach.

I only say that because they had one in dixons in the airport and I thought 'who on earth buys such a thing'

Have you already got a bike license and kit? If not they'll chew up your whole budget before you even bid on the cbr or rf

just bought at 125cc rotax max "touch and go" kart, good enough for 80mph and it screams to 14,000 rpm just a few inches from your right ear! awesome. just find a few local circuits who do test days. you can pick them up for under a grand and with a bit of assistance, should fit in the back of most cars with the wheels, seat and bodywork off (ten minute job). before i had a trailer i had a 100cc kart in the back of an old fiesta...

I really cant see me darting under the welsh coast in the cold looking at sand.

regards the bike, yes full licence and all the gear.

i have spoken to a guy this morning about a 2 seater 250cc road legal buggy. but worried its going to be slow as hell, anyone got one or used one?
