Stud Pattern Question

Ive recently managed to get hold of some TT competition wheels for my Audi A4 Avant. I came to fit them today only to find that the stud pattern is different, normally I would have just ditched the idea but I had plans to put the A4 wheels on our A6.

What options do I have to make the wheel fit ?

Adaptors are available, but not recommended if the car is to be driven "enthusiastically".
