What's the catch on these Honda's?

Motorpoint seem to be selling saloon Honda Civic's with delivery miles for £11k. I take it the saloon is an import job? If so then what's the downside? I'm guessing servicing, residuals and insurance are probably more effort than they are worth. Warranty claims could fun too I guess.

IIRC the saloon is only available as a UK spec car as a hybrid.

I might be wrong but I'm sure that is how it was. My guess is import.
