Insurer For A Telehandler ?

Hi,

Trying to get insurance so I can take my Manitou telehandler on the road (I'm building a house on a corner plot)

I have tried:

NFU - won't quote
Tradex - £750 for 200m around the house TP only
Footman James - won't quote
BJP - thinking about it
Rowett - " " "

Can anyone reccommend a company ?

I've tried registering on a couple of farming forums but I'm still awaiting approval.

Nip down you local well stocked newsagents, Pick a copy of "Truck Trader" up, theres a section in there advertising all aspects of specialist plant & machinery insurance etc. I would give you some numbers out of there but I havnt got a copy to hand
