I don't think £999 would cover the cost of the front tyres on the blue one.

Why were some of the cars stickered up, are they allowing sponsorship now?

They are at the BMW show at Santa Pod today. I'm back at work.
Still at least I'm not outside in the rain.

Not really - I could only shift mine at £1200 March this year - that was after a full cambelt service for the same amount!

Very little demand for early cars as they can quickly turn into money pits.

The Lotus is mine and was competing. Only the green/black e21 323i was competing which is my friends and the other two e21s are there for the bmw show on today. The celica was also competing as it was brought for under 999 due to having been in a rather big crash lol

Cat' D write off that cost £800 and £150 in bits to fix and M.O.T very nice car for the money and should turn a decent profit when sold on (an identicle on is on eBay for £2200 at the moment).

That Lotus was one of the stars of the day in my opinion. Dad was gutted he missed it.

Lol do you mean it was a star in that it went home in better condition than it arrived . i.e not with a massive amount of water leaking out of it. (which was just a 26 year old perished hose) good luck with the sale of the Celica. Ill have the lotus up for sale as soon as ive cleaned it and done a few bits and pieces to tidy it up, and hopefully turn a decent profit.
