Does anyone remember the name of the guy on PH that deals with claims, where help may be needed? Seem to recall it was a girls name of some sort! TIA

Agreed. He has helped me out twice now. Once when he got through a very long and messy "hit by uninsured driver" case with my brother, which led him to be in one of their hire cars for THREE months. The second time I took a small bump in my Octavia and he sorted all the hassle out for me, including getting me a settlement as a pose to repairs (old car, scratched anyway), all of which was effectively gratis as I didn't need a hire car from them (where they make their money at a guess).

Without asking you to go into too much detail, I've often wondered where exactly a company like yours earns their money from. Sure, you are experts in your field and know lots of rules and reg's about ins that "joe public" simply wouldn't, but do you really make enough money from punting out hire cars to pay the bills? I guess it must b a tough industry to operate in. Obviously, being helpful and therefore well regarded on places like PistonHeads helps generate business.

I'm seriously considering getting into this industry, which is why I ask in the first place! Feel free to tell me to push off mate if I'm asking for too much detail about your business.
