1993 405 with a Hackney badge on the back?

Don't what backwater it's from but to qualify for private hire use in the Democratic Banana Republic of Norfolk the car has to be less then five years old.

The driver must pay people to get in the back of that.

Could be a clever double-bluff; the ultimate sleeper.

Probably not though.

At least they have a sense of humour - could be worse, it could be a 520d with an M5 badge.... sacrilege

hehe

Serious question actually. If you drive a Astra LS for example but the S has fallen off. You insure it as an L. If you're involved in an RTC will you be covered because the difference in spec between an L and an LS would make the premium different?

L = 8 valve single over head cam' 1.6
LS = 16 valve DOHC, air con, electric windows, CD, etc.

So his car must be insured as a 405 LX TDi V8 Turbo or it isn't insured. wink

The glued on print outs round that off rather nicely!
