Milk spillage smell-help

Some milk spilt in my car last week and now it stinks! I've used air fresheners and the like but nothing seems to works. Can anybody recommend anything?

Biological pet smell remover plus using a wet vacuum like a Rug Doctor to suck up the moisture.

Happened to me a few months ago with a large latte.

As said above use the biological pet smell remover, most vets stock it.

Happened to us a few years ago. A milk carton split in the boot. Try some bi-carbonated soda rubbed in and left over night, then hoover out.
Pets at home do some stuff called SimpleSolution stain and odour remover which should work aswell.

Steam cleaner? If you can't get hold of one you can probably rent them for the day..

You need to tackle the bacteria or it will never go. There are lots of bio active cleaners available - I use bio brisk. Secondly you need to get it all out of the carpet so a wet vac will be needed. If possible get the carpet out and do it out of the car as it's possible it has sunk all the way through and is sitting in grooves in the floor pan.

Change the carpets. I spilt some on a rug at home so I could get it outside, scrub in shampoo, hose it off etc, but it still smelled. With it stuck inside a car, there's no chance.

Thanks guys! Fortunately it's the boot. I'll take the carpet out and treat followed by a steam clean!
