What would you do with it, motoring wise? Feel free to mess about with the configurators if you're bored! If I wanted a supercar daily driver I'd take a fully optioned Carrera GTS. Otherwise this;

Agreed. Manual GT3 with ceramic brakes and a few choice bits for me please.

+1. Great choice. No way I'd spent £100k on that 911 when there are so many options in the £100k region. Aston would also be a very close contender for that kind of money.

I'd have a DBS over the Porsche any day.

I'd go motor racing

The guy that runs the car/s I race at the moment is an utterly fantastic mechanic, and his restorations are utterly stunning. You could quite literally eat your dinner off one of his cars if you took the bodywork off, and every time I drive them they work like swiss watches. His knowledge of racing cars is also astonishing. If I had £100k to spend, I'd simply ring him up and tell him I had £100k to spend and let him spend it for me I'd no doubt end up with an immaculate restoration of an interesting and obscure racing car from the late 70s or early 80s, and have change left over for a few seasons of racing Perfect

This isn't going to turn into another Porsche argument is it 911p? I seem to recall the last one being a bit of a no go-er.

You say an uber-fast real world car, but in the real world, where would the difference lie in terms of B-road performance between a GTS and a DBS/GT3/Gallardo/360 etc? I'd go as far as to say you could get the same real world performance out of something half that price, and probably have more fun too.

I'd buy a Ferrari F355 for the weekends and track days, an Integrale Evo because I've always wanted one, a Defender 110 for ferrying the kids and dog around, a V8 RS6 for blasting across to Le Mans with the chaps and an Alfa 147GTA to potter round in.

£100k spent and every car I'll ever need.

Perhaps I don't really need that lottery win after all?!
