Classic car insurance for a young'un?

Any specialist companies out there that can provide classic car insurance for a 22 year old?

I have a car insured in my name already with 4 years NCB. I've tried a few and they won't cover me due to my age!

The car is a 1970 VW Beetle if that makes a difference.
