Does anyone work at Jaguar/Land Rover?

First of all, if this should be in the jobs section I apologise. I have tried the search function, but it is still down.

I am after some advice regarding the online psychometric tests - what kind of thing are they looking for? I realise the very nature of the tests is to determine your character and thinking patters, but I really want to give this opportunity my best shot!

It is an engineering position I am going for, if that is likely to make any difference.

Also any other advice would be much appreciated.

From memory, and its been a while, so it may have changed, the JLR online tests were more maths, logic and language... there used to be something more personality type at assessment centre's... but as I say it may have changed...

Not sure they are after too much specific, rounded engineers make sense for PD, nothing leaping out causing concern... I'd make sure you're awake and fresh and let the tests role... focus on giving a rounded performance in the face to face bits whatever they consist of these days!

All IMHO anyways...
