LOL. The car is 11 years old and he's still complaining. But he hasn't said why he bought it in the first place. If the noise really was that bad why buy it?

I know the dealership because my dad has bought 2 new cars from them, so obviously they aren't too bad. They are no longer Honda (think they lost their franchise or switched to Mazda) so won't really give a toss, i'd imagine .. my guess is that are a large number of their customers are Grumpy Old Men.

Reminds me of that guy camped outside the Mercedes dealer in Kent bhing about a five year old car they hadn't even sold him and was way outside of warrenty.
