Grr... Car Park Scrape Woman

Just popped to Halfords/B&Q for various weekend project stuff. On the way out I hear a long "sccccrrrape" noise and a car tooted.

I look around to see a woman driving a silver Nissan estate has scraped somebody. Saw her reg plate (avoid parking near W682 OCJ if in Herefordshire) and her driving off. (She moved to a different area of the carpark!)

I remember it for long enough to jot it down - the intention to go back and see if she did any damage to the other car. Unfortunately I forgot what the other car was!

It was either a black S reg Peugeot estate - which was by then driving off or a silver X reg Astra however my mind had gone completely blank as to what she had scraped!

So I left her a note admonishing her for her behaviour (I would have sent her an email but I don't have the address) didn't think there was much else that could be done.

This is not new, many years ago two girls in a mini open the door on my Capri. The hockey stick that stuck out took the force and chipped the paint as I was sat in the car. so got out and was met with abuse and we didn't do it and stomped of.

I promptly kneed every panel in on the mini. Only downside I cracked my knee cap but it was worth it!

I used to have an anger issue!

Report it, you never know, there might be a very angry motorist ringing the Police tonight to complain about someone damaging their car at the supermarket & buggering off. Your information could well be helpful.

Yes but the OP was specifically referring to the driver who was a WOMAN. Hence the title referring to the WOMAN who was driving the car that did the damage.

My neighbours car got quite badly scraped and dented by a delivery driver last week.
He took a wide berth with his refrigerated sprinter van and somehow managed to mangle the whole side of Toyota Aygo(?).
Fortunately, or so she thought another neighbour saw the whole thing and got reg number, with this she went to police who turned her away, saying its nothing to do with them.
I would have thought failure to stop would have interested the BIB too.
The company who owned the van weren't much help either, basically they said proove it.

Few years back I had a door mirror removed and three panels fked by a van - 2 lots of witnesses. Plod said that the owner of the van denied it was him so there was nothing they could do. Put it down to the fact that the Police really couldn't be bothered even with plenty of proof - can't think why.

I'll try that method next time a rob a bank - 'Wasn't me Officer', 'Ok sonny, run along...'

Title says "Woman" (singular) as it involved one female driver in this instance.

It's been logged now, just incase the other driver comes forward. This sort of thing really annoys me as my car has been pranged twice - only light scuffs, but noticable to me - inspite of my attempts to hide in the far corner of the supermarket car park when I have to go there.

That and the fact that she blatently moved the car to a different space further away.

I was pulled up in car park bay in halfords - can't remember why I was still sat in the car but I was - a bloke pulled up in the bay next to me and flung his drivers door straight into the left wing of my car with some force.

What erked me is he could see quite clearly that I was sat there(may be it's just me but in this situation you're always just that extra bit more carfeul), he didn't even bother apologising or gesture to say sorry.

So I jumped out and gave him a good rollicking, he was really apologetic - I think all 5ft 2 of me must have intimidated him or something - wrote down his details and told me to let him know if it needed re-touching or anything. Was only a tiny scratch so didn't bother, but did take great enjoyment out of belittling a very large man in front of a very large audience of mechanics and the such like!

This particular pervert has a very specific fetish, he likes to be shouted at by diminuitive women. He deliberately slammed his door into your car hoping that you would respond with a tirade of shouty abuse in public, it gets him off!!
