Best pro diagnostic scanner?

Evening folks, I'm in the Market for a professional diagnostic scanner for my business, I am going to invest in vag-com too but want a scanner to cover everything else. The only one I have used to it's full extent in the past is the launch x431 which I found to be very good. Any other suggestions will be welcomed, am expecting to spend 2-3k for the right kit, apologies for poor spelling/grammar and not owning an mx5!
Mates have:
Snap on Modus - pretty crap
Snap on Solus - better didn't get all the codes but has very handy diagnosis functions
Launch - reads codes the above two don't
Auto Boss - got LOADS more codes than any of the above
However be aware EXACTLY what connections / software / upgrades / licenses you get and that the USA Snap on scanners are supplied with BETTER software when reading reviews.
On my wifes XC90 the two snap on scanners didn't find a fault, the lauch eventually found one code but the Autoboss found at least 10 (that were present)
