odd ferrari spotted-need help please!

this weekend i saw a very odd (to me) ferrari, which i had no idea existed....this has destroyed me ego as i though i knew them all! haha
riiight, it looked like a dino from behind, was convertible, and had no pop up or fixed front lights on the bonnet, but it had 2 decently sized lights at each side of the front where you would imagine fog lights to be (or maybe slightly higher, but what i mean were the lights were in the front grill)

The Fiat Dino has a Ferrari engine in it- but I don't think the car had a Ferrari badge on originally, I suspect the owner put it on. It's almost acceptable given the engine and the fact that it looks very Ferrari-like in the styling (Pininfarina?). Lovely looking car, but something sinister and mafia-like about it, especially black ones!
