Premium gone up, been ringing around usual suspects. Any sneaky recommendations?

Compare the Meerkat. tell them you're female and keep it in a garaged, locked safe and it only comes out every 9th Sunday.

Other than that, nope, they'll charge you what they want and you gotta pay up!!

Got the same car, and with my current insurance company it went up quite a bit (about £150). Need to renew in a couple of weeks, but a quick look at comparison sites looks like I should be able to at least be able to get it down to around the same as what I've paid for the last couple of years.

Not the same car, but my renewal came back at £330 (its only a 1.4 ffs) So of I went to all compariosn sites and confused.com gave me the best deal with Admiral. The Same policy with the same insurer on say, gocompare & moneysupermarket was approx £50 - £60 more for less cover!! Weird!!

So shop around the compare sites aswell!!

Apart from that, some fairy dust should sort it.

Thats because the comparison sites charge around 50-60 commission on each sale.
