Oiling your brake discs

On a related subject I guess - how do you stop brake discs rusting?
Really annoys me that whenever I leave my car for a week and it's rained, I have to wear the rust off the discs before I need to do any hard braking...
Take them off and store them in the oven.Really annoys me that whenever I leave my car for a week and it's rained, I have to wear the rust off the discs before I need to do any hard braking...
Disclaimer: Probably won't work.
Reminds me of a stunt my brother pulled on me/my field bike when I was 14.
He sees orange discs. Covers them in oil/grease/something. Doesn't tell me.
When I bring the bike back from the field, mangled, bent front forks, 2 broken fingers, hole in forehead, broken fairings etc, he says he oiled them to keep them clean. Yes my brother is a stupid
