New Zonda special on its way, what do you think?
Discussion
I have already posted these pics in the super car section but on reflection felt that they deserved a wider view.
Personally I cant get enough of these. I think it may be the best yet as I much prefer the coupes. A few LM/F1 clues in the rear fin.

I find it interesting that buyers are still ordering Custom Zonda's even though the C9 replacement is due soon. Does that mean that the C9 is not deemed to be a decent replacement? Having seen the renderings of the C9 I have to say I prefer the look of the Zonda

I'm liking them less and less these days.
They are just getting too fussy styling wise and just seem to be made for arabs to park outside the Dorchester.
No denying the quality of the materials and build though.
The thing is only a couple of Zonda's are in Arab hands. The vast majority are in the UK and Europe and the Far East. The Dorchester car just happened to get a lot of publicity over the summerThey are just getting too fussy styling wise and just seem to be made for arabs to park outside the Dorchester.

I think the current version peaked with the C12S version.

The thing is the Zonda is likely to be one of the last supercars of its type and that is a shame. We are very unlikely to see high reving, large capacity, NA engines linked to a manual gearbox ever again. If only for that reason I will continue to celebrate the Zonda. Also few cars have ever sounded so good from idle to full chat
