Don't know, not my video, but illustrates why you don't want to risk it when it comes to tyres!!!!

Years ago I worked for National tyres and we had a company who came and did major repairs on tyres. The work they did was fantastic. They had tested repaired tyres to beyond what the origanl manufacturer did. I drove many vehicles which had them with no concerns.
Would I do it now? Probably not worth the risk as car speeds are higher, cars are heavier and the roads are much worse.
The other thing is the repairs are not that cheap
