Just fancy torturing myself....

Really missing having something that ticks the above boxes...the old 928 was flawed but god it could make me smile... Now i love my XJS to bits but i do miss having a gearstick which moves about all the time and a V of cylinders...

Any ideas?

What about a V12 XJS? £1200 over budget but you might be able to stretch to that much

You could pretend you were Tom Walkinshaw driving round Bathurst given the straight through exhausts and uprated bars.... hehe

That must be epic!!!!! Straight throughs would be a must!

I did toy with getting a V12 when i bought my XJS but the petrol thirst put me off....i can do 20 knocking about...but single figures....

That's got the "wrong" lights front and rear - should be amber. Wonder if it's been recorded...

An E34, 540 or maybe 35, with a manual box appeals....how rapid is a manual 540?

That Westy is an utter bargain. If I didn't already have two Locosts, an MG, Vectra, Princess, min (proper one) and camper I'd have it.

Must resist urge to acquire cars...

Rapid enough.
