Turn indicators on and they work but no lights flash on dash, same situation when you use hazards.

Any ideas?

BMW indicators were never designed to be used.

Does it have one LED on the dash, or two (one for each direction)?

It is an 02, so just has the green lights to indicate they are on but that is not illuminating.

Disconnect the battery for at least 30 minutes (remember the radio code if necessary).
