vw customer serive manager?

HI there, cutting a very long story short VW fitted a fuel filter at the last service, (2005 Passat 2.0 tdi), they fitted it incorrectly and it has subsequently leaked onto the fan and cam belts causing degradation and subsequent failure. This has left my father with a £3k bill. we are trying to get resolution the through the dealerships (all main dealer) but not getting very far....

I thought someone in the PH masses may know of someone senior on the customer services side we could contact.... happy to receive PM if if you don't want to give the name out on a forum..... (bit more background car was UK sourced all UK main dealer serviced, it has just moved to Ireland where my father resides where it subsequently broke down and its now with the main dealer in Tipperary)
