They can be made to oversteer on a bumpy road as the back end only stays on the ground half the time. Plus you can get them up on 2 wheels quite easily.

You can make anything oversteer, if you can get it on a slippery enough substance.

Easilly. The only reason they roll is because people flick the steering too quickly.
