Why are people rubbish?

Hey guys,
I know its only small but i just went outside and some scumbag has stubbed out a cigarette on my car (its white so its left a yellow mark). Stuff like that really winds me up, why would someone ever do it?! One of the many mouth breathers that lives nearby im sure....

Would not of thought that there would be any lasting damage, yellow stain probably just nicotine, bit of car polish should remove that, but yes some people realy are scum.

When you don't expect people to look after themselves, they become like spoilt little kids. Huge swathes of Britain are now part of Chav culture and soft, socialist benefit schemes are the cause.

I've come out a few times in the morning to find a cig butt/chewing gum/etc stuffed in the mesh of the front grill
